2. Information displayed by the watch face
Alpine Ascent may display information supplied by your Garmin device and Garmin services, including:

3. Data collected by the developer
The developer does not operate a server that collects, stores, sells, or uses your heart rate, steps, altitude, weather, location, or other health and activity information for advertising or profiling.
Display preferences, such as colors, animation mode, language, and layout options, may be stored locally on your Garmin device or synchronized through Garmin services so the watch face can remember your settings.
4. KiezelPay
Alpine Ascent uses KiezelPay for free-trial validation, license verification, and payment processing. KiezelPay and its payment providers may process device, license, purchase, and transaction information as necessary to provide those services. The developer does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

5. Garmin services
Device, health, activity, altitude, weather, and location-based information used by the watch face is supplied or processed by the Garmin device, Garmin Connect, or Garmin services. Garmin handles that information under its own privacy terms.

6. Data sharing
The developer does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Garmin, KiezelPay, and their service providers only as needed to provide device data, weather, trial, licensing, and payment services.
7. Data retention and control
Watch-face preferences remain on your device or within Garmin services until you change the settings, uninstall the watch face, reset the device, or manage the related information through Garmin. KiezelPay retains licensing and transaction information according to its own policies and legal obligations.
